The Vidyalaya is under the administrative control of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, New Delhi, Which is under the Ministry of Human Resources. And primarily caters to the educational need of the children of Central Govt. employees, including Defense Personnel liable to frequent transfers throughout the country. The aim of Kendriya Vidyalaya is to provide education according to the Principles of the New Education Policy, to bring out the best and noblest qualities in children, to infuse in its students a feeling of patriotism, brotherhood, and national integration so as to make them good and loyal citizens. This Kendriya Vidyalaya started its journey from the academic year 2020-21 with single section from Class I to V. Currently it is established temporarily in SSB Barracks of 59 BN, Seema Suraksha Bal, Nanpara, Bahraich. K.V 59 BN, Nanpara, Bahraich has a magnificent, neat, and tidy location. Vidyalaya building is equipped with modern gadgets/ infrastructural facilities necessary for facilitating the teaching and learning process.

About Kendriya Vidyalaya Family:

On the recommendation of the 2nd Central Pay Commission in 1962 to provide common education with a common syllabus and curriculum to the children of transferable Central Government employees including defence personnel, the Ministry of Education, the Government of India took over 25 regimental schools run by defence establishment and converted into Central schools in 1963. Later on, these Central schools were rechristened as Kendriya Vidyalaya’s, and as of today about 1000 Kendriya Vidyalaya’s throughout the breadth and length of our country meet the needs of a common education for the children of transferable Central Government Employees defence and project personnel. This phenomenal growth of KV is due to its popularity and rapid stride in all key areas of the present-day education reforms and has come to be recognized as a pivotal institution striving to raise the quality of education at the school level. K.V's. have improved their infrastructure facilities and education in all its spheres so much that today no educational organization is there in competition.
